DZ77GAL-70K memory error on boot (3 beeps)
Recently bought a DZ77GAL-70K motherboard to replace the motherboard in my son's PC. Bought the card specifically because it would use his current CPU (Intel i7 3770K Ivy Bridge) and existing memory DDR3-1600. However when everything is in place the computer will not boot, it give 3 beeps several times and reboots. Tried different memory that I believe is DDR3-1333 and same beeps. If I try to boot with no memory and of course three beeps. I really don't won't to buy some more RAM just to see if that is the problem. Thanks.

DP55KG PCIe SSD
Hello, this is my first post and I'm glad to meet you.
Well, it's 6 years since I built my actual dp55kg based system and time has come to jump into SSD world. And... why not do it at beast mode?

I've bought this. And it's working. And it boots Windows 10 without problems. And it rocks. And it makes no noise. And performance is getting me crazy because it cannot run properly.
Here, at spanish Noticias3D fórum, I've posted a Little review and the problem. PCIe x4 slot, announced in the manual as 2.0, is not working at 2.0. In fact I don't know which mode it's working with.
It's an old thread intented to know if the drive could boot or not, because time ago there was a doubt about if the Predator could boot or not. In fact, I wrote to Kingston and they said to me that they did not compromise to guarantee that the drive could work the way I wanted to in my "old" motherboard. Then, i converted that thread into a review and discussion about this Kingston SSD drive.
Help me, please.

I have a DZ77GA-70K that does report anything. I am using a i5-3570S CPU and I get nothing in the post code.
This board is doing nothing. The CPU and other fans work, and when I turn it off, the CPU "hot" LED light turns on. Other than that, I get no response.

Changes not saved in BIOS,Flashing BIOS in DG33TL motherboard.
I updated the BIOS from EXE file to 0572 version(a long time ago), my computer is normally working but the changes made in BIOS is gone after exiting BIOS. In BIOS, Event log, there are logs saying Management Engine failed to initiaze or some sort of related to it. I have Core 2 Duo E6750 CPU installed and recently I installed Core 2 Quad Q9550 but the BIOS doesn't recognizes cpu, it just displays the cpu name as Genuine Intel cpu. So I searched for the solution, and someone had found the solution by reflashing the BIOS, by doing that the person's CPU was recognized. I am also following the process, so I download ISO and burned to CD and booted from CD but when after pressing 'Enter' nothing happens, it just goes black screen after IFlash log starting, it also didn't display the message to remove the CD.Even after waiting for more than 10 mins, nothing happens. So I turned off the power and again restarted and tried the same thing multiple times but it's not working. The computer is working though. My computer boots normally and I have no other serious problems. The problem is I can't flash the BIOS, my jumper configuration is also in Normal mode for whole process and did as in the instructions.

Intel DG45i1D Motherboard BIOS update failed
I have Advent Desktop PC QC7003,given to me by my Grandson,has Intel DG45I1D Motherboard with Intel CORE 2 Quad Q8200 CPU. 8GB DDR2 Memory,Nvidia GT-240 PCI Eepress Graphics Card.
I have noticed the the BIOS has never been updated and is IDG45I1H.86A.0090.2008.0924.1800 according to Intel Support the latest BIOS is 0135 of 2011?.
Whwn I try and instali this using Windows exe method I am told that this BIOS is not the correct one for my Motherboard? Can anyone advise me where I am going wrong here?

ASUS P7P55D-E Deluxe. driver trying to put on the chipset Intel P55, Intel Core i5. Came to the conclusion that my iron is so out of date that drivers for 8.1 are not. Is that so? Or is there I need the driver on the official website?

Identifying a problem if it's from the board
hi there!
i'm using intel DH77KC board and since i bought i'm getting a problem ..
the problem is " i get a sounds from the HDD tek tek tek .... i had Seagate 1000 GB then i thought the problem from the HDD i changed to WD 500GB, within a week again i got the same problem, i changed back to seagate 500GB again within few weeks the same problem "
actually it is not just sounds, while the sounds comes out the pc will start hanging and i used to get this message every time ( a sudden shutdown and tells YOUR PC RAN INTO A PROBLEM ..... )
i'm sure the problem is not form the board cuz i had another problem in the board and i got replaced from INTEL and again i'm getting the same problem..
actually i'm wondering if the problem from the RAM ( is it compatible with the board or not ) and another thing is the power supply is it enough or not ?
RAM: DDR3 12GB
PSU: 500 watt
any suggestion..!

Intel DP55KG 0_ error on boot after GPU replace
Recently i have bought a new Graphics Card a Gigabyte GV-R939G1 GAMING-8GD, after the hardware installation I've boot the computer and the boot stuck in the BIOS. When i disable UEFI and change it to Legacy, i have a black screen after the post with a '0_' in the right bottom of the screen. I have removed all of the old graphicscard drivers with DDU and installed the new drivers. Tried to change the VCCS between 1.1 - 1.3.
Still have a '0_' error in the right bottom of the screen.
MOBO: Intel DP55KG (BIOS Version: KGIBX10J.86A.5936.2011.0630.2250, 30-6-2011)
CPU: Intel Core i7 870
HDD1: 128GB SSD (OS installed on this SSD.
HDD2&3: Both 1TB in RAID0.
RAM: 2x 8GB Kingston HyperX Beast DDR3-1600
PSU: TN7RX003 Aerocool AE-750 (750 Watt)
Old Graphics Card: Asus EAH6850
OS: Windows 10

DQ45CB: red LED starts blinking (two quick blinks then a one second pause) and power supply fan quits. PS is known good, RAM is known good, not sure about CPU. I can't find any documentation of the meaning of the LED blinks.
Ah ... well the heading says it all. What is the meaning of the code, and why does the PS quit, leaving the LED repeating it's pattern of two quick flashes then an one second pause?

bypass BIOS password on legacy board D955XBK?

DX79TO mobo always goes to bios saying BACK2BIOS button is activated
I have been using this DX79TO mobo for many years with the same intel I7 and other hardware components as well. One day there was smoke in my mobo and a burn smell. After that, when i boot, the computer always goes to the bios and there is a message that the back2bios button is activated (red) and that i should press it and reboot. The back2bios button is NOT activated and is not stuck. As i said, i have been using this mobo for many years and everything always worked. The smoke came from a place near the CPU. I talked to an engineer and he said that it seems that a capacitor might have burnt, and that this one might control "the sensitivity to the back2bios button", lets put it that way because he used a specific term that i don't remember.
I tried to reset the CMOS with the jumper, either taking it out or putting it on the configure button. I also tried resseting the bios by pressing F7 on boot, but there isn´t an option to load an alternative bios. Resseting the bios to default also did nothing. Also tried taking out the CMOS battery which would have the same effect of resseting the bios to default. I guess this hardware problem won't be solved by changing anything in the bios.
It seems very radical, but removing (extracting by force) the back2bios button from the mobo could be a solution ?
Is there a bios option to ignore the back2bios button ? I guess not, because i have never seen something like that in the bios options...
