I came on this forum just for this one problem. I simpy cannot update latest bios on my dp67ba desktop board. i have tried with intel software which works through windows,it failed after reboot,and also i tried manually downloaded bios file,then press f7 during post and still no sucess,it tells me that i cant update bios in that way. so im really frustrated about it,is there any solution to update the bios please?  i have also tried to make a bootable usb,arghh...i made it already with windows98 boot files,but no chance to boot it on this board. help!

HI, I am new here and really am an amature at computer problems Thanks in advance for any help. I have an older windows laptop with win 10 install. when I did the "millennial?' update some months back I could nolonget connect to the internet I get this message "intel wireless wifi link 3945abg driver  experiencing driver or hardware problem. My question is where and how  can I download this driver onto blank disk with this working machine and then load it into my older laptop. Thanks

I have a machine which will dual boot into Windows 7 or Windows XP - this was working fine with an Intel D945GNTLR AA C96324 system board.

However, the system  board recently failed and I had to replace it - I used an Intel D945GNTLKR AA C96320 as the replacement, which was the closest match I could find at the time,  but now I find that although the dual boot menu still appears and it will boot into Windows XP ok from there, it won't boot into Windows 7.

All I get is the "Windows 7 is starting..." message. which looks promising; but it then displays a black screen with the only sign of life being the mouse pointer - which is active, but I can't get the machine to do anything further.

I have been trying to avoid a complete reinstallation of Windows, as I'm trying to preserve the contents of the current hard drives.

Windows repair (either from an F8 boot of the current installation or from a boot from the Windows 7 installation disc) reports nothing wrong that would stop the system booting.

I have replaced the system board before, but that time I managed to find an exact match; maybe, I should keep looking for an exact match again, but any suggestions or other workarounds would be most welcome.

Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Does motherboard dp67ba support oveclocking?

I'm going to install i5-2500k instead of my current i5-2300. And it only makes sense if MB is capable of overclocking (even potentially, obviously in fact in also depends on the cpu, memory, cooling system etc.).

There are the nesessary options in BIOS (fsb, core multiplier, etc.). However, I've read in the internets, that since it's just "p67" (not "p67 express", like dp67bg) they don't work as one would suggest.

The datasheet says:

The BIOS includes the following options to provide custom performance enhancements

when using Intel Core i7, Intel Core i5, and Intel Core i3 processors in an LGA1155

socket.

• Processor Maximum Non-Turbo Ratio (processor multiplier can only be adjusted down)

• Memory multiplier adjustment

• Memory voltage adjustment

• Graphics multiplier adjustment

I'm confused. Are there any restrictions in "turbo" mode?

Just for the info: at the moment BIOS Version is 0072 - BAP6710H.86A.0072.2011.0927.1425.

I got an issue with my board.  IT will not boot.  I have move the memory stick around but still get the blue screen during system boot and can not repair itself.  Just above the powers  supply there is a flashing blue light and another setady read. This read reads VR Hot.

ABove the processor are the voltageregulator lights . They are blinking green .

The documentation say that this is an over voltage. I remove all teh ground and devices including drivers, memory sticks and the CMOS battery.  BUt the red light remain on steady.

IS this a problemwith th eboard or processor.? 

Also, the system will not boot  and does not repair. 

Windows 7, but did the same thing in XP.  I reset the CMOS, no change.

I have a problem with a pc that I received.

When you switch PC on it starts then for a second it switches off and then it starts up.

No display is shows on screen you connect via HDMI port or Graphics Card

Board also displays error code EB

Post lights all shows green up and till OS boot. Standby Light is Solid green.

Memory, PSU, Graphics Card, DVD and Harddrive all tested on another computer and working 100%

PC Specs are as follows:

Motherboard: Intel DZ87KLT-75K

CPU: Intel i7-4770K

Memory: Corsair Vengeance LP 8GB DDR3 1600MHz x2

Graphics Card: Asus Nvidia GTX560 TI 1GB

Have already tried removing the CMOS Battery and also moved BIOS jumper cable.

Sometimes if Graphics Card is removed the BIOS Post will show code 00 but still no display.

PC does not make any beeps and also does not switch off. Will stay on until you switch it off.

Also needs to admit that if to switch of all hard drivers , but not the ASUS graphics card, system keeps saying that there is no uploading devices. And the it advises me to go to Intel's website.

Seguinte, atualizei a BIOS da minha placa mãe versão 0048 para versão 0099, como vários outros tiveram problema de ao iniciar o logo da Intel fica travado na tela F2,F7 e F10

Segui os procedimentos passados para outros usuários;

Desliguei o cabo de força

Retirei a bateria

Retirei o jumper

aguardei de 20 à 30 minutos

Coloquei a bateria

Espetei um pendriver com a versão 0109

Mas quando ligo o PC fica uma tela preta, não tenho acesso para entrar na atualização da BIOS pelo F7

Se eu colocar o jumper aparece a mensagem  em anexo.

I want to ask your help, I just bought a new SAPPHIRE PULSE Radeon™ RX 560 4GD5 (11267-18) gpu, and when im build it into my pc, and start it, nothing happens, blackscreen and no sound, etc.

My previous gpu was a HD 5750 1GB with the same 6pin connection and power consuption (75W). I have a 500W psu and for both gpu the recommended is 400W. My motherboard is a Intel® Desktop Board DH77EB and my cpu is a i5 3470 with 2x4gb 1600mhz ram.

My monitor have only a VGA connection so i bought a HDMI -> VGA passive adapter which works well with my previous HD 5750 gpu. I updated the gpu drivers already and its not solved the problem. I have windows 10.

I've tested the new gpu in another pc and it works with the hdmi->vga adapter, so dont need an aktiv adapter.

What could be the problem?

How do I setup raid to work on this motherboard?  I've gone into bios and enabled raid and RST, but I'm not seeing any raid menus like I would on the older MBs.  What am I missing?

Hello, I was wondering when was the end of life of the Intel DH55HC, DP55WB, and DH67BL, and I cannot seem to find the answer anywhere.

I'd be very grateful for an answer.

Other than that, I see that the DH67BL recieved a firmware update (version 0162) which (apparently) brings mitigations against the original Spectre and Meltdown security issues (I had just flashed it on my sisters' PC), after it was phased out.

Could not a firmware upgrade with those mitigations be released for the DH55HC (my PC) and the DP55WB (my father's PC)?

And lastly, the 82578DC Ethernet controller is listed in the driver changelog as compatible with the latest drivers (as of now, 23.2), however the drivers for the 82578DC are not included even as back as version 22.3.

Can at least version 22.3 be rereleased with support (even minimal, "as is" support) for the 82578DC, to allow it to be used on the current version of Windows 10?

Motherboard DG965SS can't use microphone with windows 7 is the issue I can't solve, audio works well but there is no way I could find to use a microphone with this system, which previously had windows xp sp3 and everything was working fine.

Windows 7 has been installed for a long time now but I never had to worry about using a mic until recently..

There is no driver at all for microphone at INTEL's website.

I even contacted INTEL's Support and they admit there is nothing they can help me with, they even provided this communities' site to try and post/obtain further help to/from the community.

I have a Intel DQ57TM board e70931-402 and according to the owners manual and board specifications It supports the i7 legacy SLBJG chips so I purchased an i7-870 to upgrade to from the i3-530 but when I install the new processor I get 2 - 1 second beeps then pauses 2.5 seconds. I have followed all support I can find and according to the boards specifications. The beeps say that could be memory mapping or unsupported processor, I have ruled out memory as the original processor still boots and according to the board spec's the new i7-870 is a supported processor and I have even updated the bios. I am lost as to what the problem could be is there anyone that may be able to give some advise how to resolve or would this mean that the new i7-870 processor is bad?

Im having a issue with my motherboard, any of the memory channels I choose, I cannot seem to post with my Registered ECC dimms, they run at 1.35 v.

My processor is a xeon x5675. Anytime I would try to boot up the pc with the ecc dimms I would get the 3 beep code which is a memory error, I know that the board can run with ecc memory if it has a compatible processor such as mine, any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

The model number for my ecc dimms are HYNIX: HMT151R7AFP4C-H9

And Yes i'm fully aware that this product was discontinued and has no longer support with intel, I just need help as of now, as I purchased the board new.

placa mãe da 1 bipe curto quando coloco a placa de vídeo GTX 1050TI ela da imagem mas não dai da tela da bios e quando retiro a GTX ela liga normalmente ja testei com outras placas e funcionou normal e a GTX também funcionou em outros desktops

motherboard of 1 short beep when I put the video card GTX 1050TI it of the image but it does not give of the screen of the bios and when I retire the GTX it connects normally already I tested with other plate and it worked normal and the GTX also worked in other desktops

Is the bios outdated? if updating resolves?

Within the past few weeks, our Windows 10 installations (through MDT) no longer output video when using a DVI cable. Intel drivers

10.18.10.4358 - Default when installed

10.18.10.4252 - Rolled back version

Last week, I could roll back to the Generic Microsoft Display Driver and get Digital output, but that doesn't seem to be working anymore.

We've had seemingly different issues with the 77s where they would lose video (always on the DVD-D white ports) in the past. Sometimes updating the drivers, sometimes uninstalling, reinstalling, sometimes resetting the BIOS and ultimately as of late shutting down fully seems to be the fix.

But none of these fixes work for this particular issue. They would work for some time on the DVI-D ports before "failing". This is straight off of the MDT load that we have no digital video on either DVI-D or DVI-I ports with a a DVI cable. Using a DVI to VGA adapter and VGA cable consistently works.

I suspect a recent Windows 10 update, but I'm hoping someone might be able to point us to one if you've seen the same issue.
